Back to my inner peace

After a long winter, I’d lost my confidence as an independent mid-thirty woman and I've felt in need of some reflective retreat. I'd travelled around the world, but never visited Ibiza before. A friend recommended to me SOUL ISLAND IBIZA. Two days later I went of to the island.

This magnificent place on earth immediately brought me back to my inner peace. It was March, an early spring and plenty of good vibes surrounded me. Then the angel of the island appeared to me: Irene. I’d booked her as my guide on this roadtrip, without reading any review in advance.

I’ve stayed on a charming farm recommended by her. Every morning I started the day with some yoga practice in the beautiful garden. Afterwards Irene picked me up for some walks and together we’ve visited beautiful spots. Sometimes I invited her for lunch, other days she brought some delicious homemade soup and hummus with her and we’d had a delicious picnic with astonishing views.

What a beautiful energy: just nature, Irene and me. We’d talked for hours. I didn’t realise she is the guide to the ‘know thyself’. After this week of soul retreat, I went back home and felt completely one.

One month later I just realise my dreams. It’s there every minute: love. Love for work, love for beauty, love for family and friends, love for life! It’s just inside me coming out: love and beauty.

I recommend this trip to anyone, whatever your search is.

SOUL ISLAND IBIZA is there to be your guide on this magical trip through life.

With love, Michelle

Kimberley, world traveller

Kimberley, world traveller

Kimberley went on a journey with 'Soul Island Ibiza' to let go of her old life and start a new one. When we started our road trip, she was ready for a change. She was gung-ho to get a revolution going. This created a dynamic exchange between us.

Our road trip was inspiring, beautiful and great fun. The transformation that I witnessed during those four days was impressive. Kimberley reclaimed her inner wisdom and intuition. What a privilege it was to be her guide. What a lot of courage, vulnerability and spirit my youngest guest showed.

I can proudly tell you that Kimberley is building the life of her dreams today. It’s a tremendous joy to see her shine on the new adventurous path she has chosen to go.

Nathalie came to Ibiza for inspiration and change. She was searching for a long time, but did not know how to start and how to believe in herself and life. During our roadtrip we walked, dreamed, talked, completed exercises and visualisations about how to get what she wanted, how to keep your life energy and much more.

Once at home she showed faith, self-esteem and courage. Thanks to her dedication and enthusiasm the so desired change in her life is there. Nathalie, you're pure gold, congratulations and thanks for letting me guide you.

Marleen (The Netherlands)

She lived in a world of pressure. Combining motherhood and career - and all the pressure that this entails – left her feeling exhausted and incomplete.

When Marleen came to the island she felt lost and unfulfilled. She was tired of being in her head all the time. She wanted to enthuse about life again and regain her sparkle. And so she did.

She was my youngest client so far and I will never forget Danielle, a sparkling young woman from Australia, who left her beloved country to live a life without regrets.

Besides exploring and enjoying the island she booked a trip with Soul Island Ibiza because she wanted to get clarity on what her best life would look like. She didn’t had a clue. Yet! We had a wonderful time together, but most important is that Danielle left Ibiza with a plan that made her soul shine.

I’m so happy with the wonderful review Bas wrote about the four-day roadtrip we’ve made late September. Why am I so happy? Because he dares to be open. Bas tells profoundly and openly what the trip gave to him.

Bas, thanks for our special journey together and for your comments. I’m grateful and happy that Ibiza and I could make you fly.

Early October SOUL ISLAND IBIZA went on a four-day trip with Veronique from the Netherlands. She wanted to be challenged, to feel her strength again and to realize her dreams. To stop negative thoughts, to be fulfilled in everything she does and in stead of doubting, just to go for it.

To be powerful, energetic and decisive in doing what she was born for she needed to stop being involved in the stories of others.

Veronique is a radiant woman and a dedicated world traveler. We had a beautiful soultrip together and now an exciting future awaits her. Wow!

I had no specific reasons to come to Ibiza, but I decided to do so because of two things: our wonderful dog Naya was born on Ibiza and I read the words Irene wrote about herself on this website.

Irene and I visited many beautiful places during our time together, we talked a lot and did a number of excercises. Irene’s inspirational coaching gave me further insight into what I am going to do with my life in future.

Irene is a special woman. She’s completely herself all the time, warm, enthusiastic and creative. When I think of her, the first picture that comes to mind is Irene driving her car, singing loudly and out of tune (but with conviction!) to the soundtrack of the musical Hair. She clearly loves doing what she’s doing, which is infectious. It’s the Irene factor that made it all worthwhile.

At the age of 63 I was at a turning point in life. Within a month I would be a pensioner, I would stop the work of my heart. My new future frightened me. For the first time in my life there was no one to take care of, except me. My children were dispersed and happy, my husband had recently died.

And now what to do? How will I - after 38 years of fulltime work and taking care of others - give meaning to my life again? That question puzzled me when I came to the island.
